NeoNourish is a ready-to-eat food branding concept that blends scientific innovation with high-level nutrition to create positive perceptions of ‘foods of the future’. Established as a response to the growing problem of food scarcity, NeoNourish delivers bio-engineered, ready-to-eat meals and snacks in packaging that is designed to excite and engage consumers.
With the global population expected to reach 10 billion by the year 2025, a key challenge our planet will face is how we can sustainably increase food production to support human life. Diversifying our food sources is the answer, and involves potential solutions such as cultivated meats, genetically modified food, and producing sustainable food alternatives like insects and seaweed for human consumption. While each of these solutions are commercially available today, consumer engagement with these products is very low, due to misinformation about the safety and quality of genetically modified and lab-grown foods.
This is where NeoNourish steps in. NeoNourish is an emerging brand of innovative ready-to-eat meals and snacks that celebrates healthy, tasty, and sustainable ‘foods of the future’. The brand aims to foster a positive perception of lab-grown, genetically modified, or insect-based food products among a core audience of young, socially-driven foodies. By highlighting the nutritional benefits of each product with video game style augmented reality status bars, NeoNourish continually reinforces the safety and healthiness of ‘futuristic’ foods. NeoNourish leverages the ‘futuristic’ element of its product line to create an attractive, innovative and engaging food experience that delights and inspires.
NeoNourish packaging includes futuristic design elements like pixel effects to emphasise the brand identity. Each item of packaging also features a unique QR code which links to engaging augmented reality elements.
NeoNourish offers a selection of sticker designs, which can be used as freebies or additional packaging elements.
